With nearly 100 participants, our first fundraiser was a roaring success!
The costumes were great, the food was fabulous.
Once the culprits were revealed, along with their secrets and motives, the auction began, awards handed out for “The Best” actors, costumes, saloon girls, and sleuths, and door prizes to boot! Everyone had a good time and several guests were already asking when our next event would be held.
When the lights were dimmed, the dust settled, and the Directors tallied the funds, over $7500 had been raised, thanks to all the guests at Deadwood and the staff at Mat-Su Resort.
